a haven of charm and care
tasty selection spacious room easy location
always available and kind. breakfast each morning had a lovely selection, fresh and tasty. i enjoyed the spacious room. It was thoughtfully arranged. the hotel's location made it so easy to wander and explore the area.
the shower pressure was slightly lower than i prefer, though the temperature was consistent.

The hotel sits conveniently near local attractions, offering easy access for walking. A bus stop is also nearby. you can get to the city centre within fifteen minutes on foot, though taxis are readily available. it has a nothing noisy despite its central position.

the breakfast offered smoked salmon with scrambled eggs, it was delicious. the dining area includes a charming veranda, overlooking the garden! it is lovely. the fruit salad could use some berries, though

room 11 on the ground floor felt spacious and airy. the ensuite bathroom had all i needed, super clean! the bed offered a wonderful night's sleep. early check-in was a great help and very welcome.

the breakfast was quite good. i found the staff helpful , especially the lady serving breakfast. the location was a short walk to the city , which i appreciated.
my room was quiet , despite being near a main road , BUT the spa bath did not work. i had trouble getting the plug out. they had no earl grey tea available.

perfect location friendly staff smart tv
The location was just perfect, a short, lovely walk to the heart of the city. The staff greeted me with smiles, always ready to help with directions. My room included a smart TV, ideal for unwinding after my daily excursions. I found complimentary toiletries that added a touch of luxury to my routine.
The shower had little warm water. I would have loved to enjoy a relaxing hot bath.

wonderful experience
bus stop front door access generous portion satisfying start
I found the bus stops to the city centre right outside. Buses came frequently, even late into the evening. i easily used my room key to access the front door upon my late return one night. breakfast included a generous portion of porridge. It was a satisfying start to my day. the coffee was AMAZING!!!
the shower cubicle proved somewhat challenging to use, especially when attempting to grip the flow control with wet hands.

uncomfortable bed dated room
the bed wasn't great. it seemed like two single mattresses pushed together. also, the room seemed a bit old and the bath needed updating. it was really frustrating

the staff was friendly and the breakfast was excellent, a good start to my day.
the room was a standard single room and felt quite dated, the shower pressure was very low, i found it difficult to have a proper wash after a long day.
